Cancellation Policy:

If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so by logging into your account or by emailing us within 24 hours of your purchase. Please note that if a product has already been dispatched from our premises, a refund will not be applicable.

Product exchanges are not possible. If you would like to change or upgrade your order, you must first cancel the initial order (provided the shipment process has not started) and then place a new order from your account.
